Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term time only
Contractual status: Permanent
Required from 23 April 2019

We currently have a vacancy in our very busy office for a School Receptionist. Duties include general reception duties, dealing with all visitors to school, answering the telephone, taking messages, cash handling and face to face enquiries from parents, carers, visitors and children.

The successful applicant must have:

• - Excellent customer service skills
• - Excellent interpersonal skills
• - Excellent organisational skills
• - Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
• - The ability to cope with the demands of a busy school office
• - A First Aid qualification is desirable
